My experience in strategic and security support includes M&A ventures, international travel policy and security implementations, front-end contract and subcontract guidance, establishing supply chain protection processes, and identifying regulatory requirements the strategic roadmap may carry with it.
Small businesses are the backbone of American capability, and as such, EAG Defense’s focus is on supporting the DIB supply chain and small businesses through education, sourcing support tools, and providing partnership in our consulting to keep these small businesses competitive in the Defense Industrial Base.
